established family and friends of the late Billy R. Fields from Groom,
Texas.
Eligibility
- Graduating senior from Groom High School
- Exhibit community service and leadership
- Maintain a 2.0 cumulative GPA while in college
- Major in field of choice at college/university of choice within
the state of Texas
