Neagle Scholarship This scholarship was established by
Utility Engineering in memory of Charles Neagle. The scholarship will
benefit a graduating senior from Randall High School.
Eligibility
- Graduating senior from Randall High School
- Exhibit community service and leadership
- Maintain a 2.8 cumulative GPA while in college
- Major in field of Electrical Engineering at college/university of choice
