The Bill Goodson Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship was established in May 1987 by the Amarillo Handgunners
Club, Inc. to provide financial aid to a deserving student with
achievements in shooting sports. The scholarship is named in memory of
Bill Goodson, a stalwart pioneer of the club.Eligibility
- Resident of 26 northernmost counties of Texas Panhandle
- Must be an American citizen
- Graduating senior
- Maintained “C” average grade during school year and a 2.0 while
attending college/university
- Engaged in or sincerely interested in a shooting sport or activity
- Unrestricted in field of study or institution attended
