Wallas Huggins and Helen Cowan Huggins Scholarship This
scholarship was established by the Helen Cowan Huggins Living Trust in
November 1997, to benefit graduating seniors from Palo Duro High School
who attended Mann Middle School.
Eligibility
- Graduating senior from Palo Duro High School
- Preference given to students who attended Mann Middle School
- Applicant must have a 95% attendance record
- Maintained a 2.0 or better cumulative GPA while in school
- Adherence to rules of conduct established by PDHS as set forth in
the Student Code of Conduct
- Must attain US citizenship not later than two years from the date
of high school graduation or 18th birthday, whichever occurs later
- Major in field of choice at Amarillo College or West Texas A&M
University
