Humphreys Memorial Scholarship This scholarship was
established in May 1986, by the Moore County Development Corporation in
memory of the former mayor of Sunray, Texas.
Eligibility
- Graduating senior from Sunray High School
- Exhibit financial need
- Maintain a 2.0 or better cumulative GPA while in college
- Major in field of choice at college/university of choice
