Neighbor Scholarship This scholarship was established by an
anonymous donor for graduating seniors within the 26 northernmost
counties of the Texas Panhandle who are active in his or her church.
Eligibility
- Graduating senior from 26 northernmost counties of Texas Panhandle
- Exhibit financial need, community service, and leadership
- Be an active member in his/her local church
- Maintain a 2.0 or better cumulative GPA while in college
- Major in field of choice at Amarillo College or West Texas A&M
University
